Vermicomposting in Romania?
I am curious to see if anyone knows if the red worms that i can find here in fishing shops in Romania would be viable for vermicomposting (worm composting)?
This is directed toward a small-scale, in home compost (i.e. in a box under the sink/on the balcony).
generally speaking a worm is a worm and should work fine, However, you really need not add them, if you start a compost, keep it moist, turn it once in a while, worms will find the compost by them selves.
good luck

yes but the size would be a concern you need to give them a daily supply of food (kitchen waste) and keep them moist
